Minnie Mouse Bow-Dazzling Bow-tique

My daughter loves Minnie Mouse and I wanted to take this party to the next level. This party took months of planning and preparation, creativity and out of the box thinking. Did I mention money! Lol. Nevertheless, it turned out fabulous and here is a quick overview of the process as well as the party set up. If you would like to see more, visit Dainty Paperie

You can't have a bow-dazzling bow-tique without having
purse invitations!!!! I thought this would be a great
impression to what expect at the party. Each invitation
included a custom made credit card as well as
a custom made store membership card.

These credit cards where designed by me and then
I cut them out with a cutter and attached them to this
glitter card stock that I got from Micheal's.

Here is the custom credit cards that I actually had printed
on actual credit card material to make them look authentic.
I also created money and little store receipts that I handed
out after the end of all the kids transactions at the "Bow-tique"
Yes, I actually had a store set up for kids to "buy" merchandise. LOL
You will see it later on in this post.

Of course I wanted everything to have A LOT of bling!!!!
Here are some custom bubbles that I created. I bought the bubbles from
the Dollar Tree and I designed and relabeled the bottle. I then
added rhinestone ribbon around the bottles.

I didn't want ordinary plates and I couldn't exactly find
what I wanted so I came up with this idea. I got the plates from
Party City and I added the Minnie Mouse ears and bow to the top.

Here are the food tent cards for the dessert table

I wanted to do something different than the water bottle labels
you see at most parties (even though I did do the water bottle
labels as well) but I wanted to think outside the box and this
is what I came up with. I designed and relabeled soda cans :-)

Custom Mini Hershey Bars....

Custom chap sticks and I added rhinestones around the top

Yes, these are Starburst boxes of candy that
I relabeled. I can do any type of boxed candy like M&Ms, Skittles, etc.

and I added rhinestones!

Custom Hershey Bars wrapped in black foil with added rhinestones

I decided to do another set of custom Hershey Bars but
I added Minnie Mouse to this design.

VIP passes for the party guest

Custom Hershey Nuggets

Custom Kit Kat bars

I thought about getting coloring books (and I did)
but I also design to design my own coloring books
to reflect the theme and they turned out wonderful.

Maybe I went a little too far but I wanted little girls
(or moms) to have some bow-dazzling nail polish. I decorated
these with sheer fabric, ribbon and rhinestones :-)

The kids not only left with LOTS of goodies from the party and "bow-tique"
but look at all the things that I included in their boxes that
they didn't get until the end of the party.

Cotton Candy!!!! You can't see in these photos but
this cotton candy had shimmer edible glitter in it.

I knew I wanted to use hot pink gable boxes and make
them absolutely fabulous but here is the outcome.
I was VERY pleased at how these came out. I really really admire
these and so happy with the outcome. The rhinestones really made
them pop and stand out!

Le-Minnie-Aid (Lemonade) LOL

The Jewelry Bar

The table set up!

Long story short. I bought a lot of goodies for my dessert table
and they were sent by overnight mail. Due to whether
I didn't get them in time for the party so I had to put something together
and here is one of the goodies that I made myself,
Chocolate covered rice krispy treats with bling sticks.

The jewelry bar :-)
The kids loved it!!!!

The Minnie Mouse Bow-tique
I had lots of toys, games, puzzles, bubbles, you name it.
Kids were able to "shop" for the things that they wanted
using the play money and credit cards that I made.

The dessert table.
I did the balloon backdrop using a grid system and I made
the tutu table skirt as well.

The overall set up in my dining room lol

Minnie Mouse Dum Dum Head
I used about 800 dum dums to make this. It was big!

The cake by LollyCakes

I had so much cake left over, this was just part of it
that I froze.

The birthday girl really enjoyed herself and made a new friend

and she didn't want to say goodbye!
